Mainland UK delivery

Within 5 working days unless specified Non-mainland UK and international delivery 14 working days Please be aware however that certain goods usually larger items will be despatched directly from the vendor. As such these items may incur delivery charges and longer waiting times. Where relevant such information will be provided with the product information for an item.

Red21 now offers a multiple delivery option. If you wish to have items from a single order dispatched to different destinations simply select the desired addresses when ordering. No additional charge will be incurred for this service, irrespective of the number of items being delivered.

Overseas delivery

Red21 offers worldwide delivery on the majority of our online and catalogue items; with only perfume, alcohol and items of a perishable nature being the normal exceptions. However there may also be specific exceptions on individual items or restrictions on certain items dependant the country of export.

Delivery charges are calculated on the volumetric weight of the item once it is packaged for export. You will be informed of the delivery cost once you enter a non-UK delivery address before your order is processed.
